So you turned on the ignition this morning and there was a judder from the wipers as they broke free from the ice and scraped across the windscreen.  Sorry but the wipers now need replacing why not buy a pair of MOTAQUIP high quality blades and see more clearly.

But next time  remember to TURN OFF THE WIPERS BEFORE YOU TURN OFF THE IGNITION!
